Orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after the have been processed.
Excluding weekends and Holidays
Any email will be sent out to the email in file.

Return & Exchange Policy
We founded SK Divine Designs with one goal in mind: giving our customers the best shopping experience we possible can. To do so, we’ve designed our store policies to make sure our clients have a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience whenever they come to SK Divine Designs. Read our policies below and don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.
Once an order has been completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Drinkware are non-returnable/non-exchangeable. If a clothing item does not work out for you, we are always happy to offer store credit that will go towards your next order once your item has been returned.
Our policy lasts 7 days. Returned items must be postmarked within 7 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the mail.
